Untracked Mail
Domestic (U.S.): Untracked letter mail is available to help keep shipping costs as low as possible for sticker orders. We offer USPS First Class letter mail (no tracking) for domestic (U.S.) orders only. Untracked letter mail orders are sent in a stamped envelope with rigid backing card to help prevent bending and damage during transit.
International: It is USPS carrier policy that international untracked letter mail contain only nondutiable documents. Any other goods are prohibited. We are unable to offer untracked letter mail for any/all orders. All international orders will ship as tracked package mail only. We are currently offering international shipping at a discounted price to help offset the high costs. Tracked package mail will include an invoice and customs form(s).
Tracked Packages
Tracked package mail is available at an additional cost. If you would like a tracking number with your order, please select the appropriate shipping option that includes tracking. To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we offer:
- Domestic (U.S.): USPS Ground Advantage ($4.99 USD)
- International: USPS First Class Package International (discounted @ $9.99 USD)
Shipping & Delivery Times
The following delivery times are only carrier estimates and are not guaranteed:
- For domestic (U.S.) orders: Approximately 1-5 business days
- For international orders: Approximately 7-21+ business days
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Lost/Damaged Items in Transit
Shop Lab Sass is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We do our best to package your order to prevent bending and damage during transit. We will also send confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped and will send a tracking number if applicable. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it is outside our control if items are damaged during transit or lost during/upon delivery by the carrier.
Incorrect Address/Returned Package
Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to modify, change, cancel or redirect your package. If your order has not been shipped yet, please reach out immediately to hello@shoplabsass.com with your name and order number to request an update to your address.
If you believe your package has been returned to us, please contact hello@shoplabsass.com with your name and order number. If you would like your order to be reshipped or sent to a new address, the shipping fee must be paid again. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of goods. Any shipping fees will not be refunded.
International Customs, Tariffs, Tax & Duties
Shop Lab Sass is not collecting or remitting international import taxes, tariffs, VAT, etc. and is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) These costs may vary from country to country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before ordering.
Please note that by placing an order, you understand that you are liable for any customs fees, taxes, VAT fees, and extra charges that you may incur.
If any additional taxes, charges, fees, etc. are incurred, they are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to the customer's country to claim the package. By purchasing from Shop Lab Sass, you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
